This page unifies three entry points into the LBGI world: internal roles, sales professionals focused on homeowners, and strategic partners within the Lucky ecosystem.
Three Tracks Inside the Lucky Ecosystem
- Track 1 — Internal Roles (Careers): for individuals who want to grow inside a structured, disciplined, family-owned holding.
- Track 2 — Sales Professionals: for closers and consultants specialized in Selling to Homeowners.
- Track 3 — Strategic Partners & Vendors (SPSGP™): for architects, contractors, real estate professionals, designers, suppliers, manufacturers and more.
Each track plays a different role in building the Lucky legacy.

Track 2 — Sales Professionals (Selling to Homeowners)

Selling to homeowners requires psychology, structured discovery, ethical persuasion, clean documentation, and method. We are especially interested in professionals aligned with the Selling to Homeowners approach (such as Sandler methodology).
We welcome:
- Experienced residential sales consultants
- Sellers with training in structured homeowner sales
- Closers from solar, roofing, remodeling, landscape, real estate and home services
- Professionals comfortable with consultative, process-driven selling
We expect:
- Mastery of homeowner communication
- Follow-through and documentation discipline
- Use of CRM and pipeline structure
- Ethical, non-pressured selling aligned with governance
- Ability to represent multiple divisions when appropriate
This is not aggressive door-to-door, high-pressure sales. It is professional buyer facilitation, designed to build trust and long-term relationships.

The SPSGP™ is our strategic partnership program for professionals and companies aligned with the Lucky vision. It is not a generic referral network, but a structured alliance platform built on governance, quality, and mutual growth.
